"I became an armed robber just to see money to feature Davido"

A boy identified as Dare William is an upcoming talented artist who has passion for music.

Dare William, a 23 years old student of Federal College of Education Technical Akoka, Lagos State has been arrested for snatching a vehicle from a taxi hailing service driver.

William stated categorically that he was desperate to feature Davido or Runtown in his music that is why he snatched the car.

Trunnion News gathered that William who is an upcoming musician lured his friend named Bethel Chukwuocha who is 18 years old to snatch a Toyota Corolla car from a driver identified as Clement Aniegbe.

William and Bethel ordered the car to take them from Lekki to Gbagada in Lagos.

While they were on their way to the destination,the suspects threatened the driver with a knife and the driver didn't struggle with them, they carted away with the car and some phones.

When Police interrogated William who is the he suspect, he said that his desire to future the superstars in his album led him to commit the Illinois act.

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu stated that the two suspects will be charged to court at the end of the interrogation.
