The governor of Borno state identified as Professor Engr. Babagana Umaru Zulum has caused social media users to react as he showed up in a local school and conducted an unannounced test on teachers.

The governor made this known to the general public with the post which he made on his official Facebook page on Tuesday 10th August.

Zulum stated that the aptitude test is a placement test to enable him to know where to place the teachers.

He further said that, those who failed the test would be redeployed to the administrative unit or be sent for further training in the teaching profession.

Pictures from the exercise shows the governor acting as an invigilator during the assessment process.
